Corpus Christi 2016 (Thursday)

As you know many of our important feasts were transferred in the Ordinary Form of the Roman Rite to the closest Sunday. This is a great loss to the tradition of the Church, however these feasts remain on their proper days in the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite (Traditional Latin Mass).

Holy Mass will be offered on Thursday 26th May 2016 at the following locations:

Congratulations Father Doyle

 

Yesterday saw the first Archdiocesan ordination to sacred priesthood in 7 years, this is not including the ordination several weeks ago of Father Bernard Sixtus, who a priest of the Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham. Congratulations to Father Doyle,may the Lord bless every day of your life as you take up your new ministry and placement in All Saint’s Parish, Newport.

Latin Mass Society Training Conference at Belmont Abbey 2014

This year marked the ninth priest and servers training conference. The LMS have now trained many priests, young and old in celebrating the Extraordinary Form of Holy Mass. This year the conference took place in Belmont Abbey, Hereford.
